Terms of Service

Welcome to OneFlesh Home ("the App"), a household management application built for couples. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneFlesh Home, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a household, you represent that you have the authority to bind that household to these Terms.

2. Account Creation and Household Data

To use OneFlesh Home, you must create an account using Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. When you create or join a household, you acknowledge that data within that household (tasks, events, prayers, declarations, and other content) is shared between all household members.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

3. Subscription Terms

OneFlesh Home offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including tasks, prayers, gratitude entries, declarations, and other household data ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and we will not use it for purposes unrelated to operating the App.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use OneFlesh Home to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any person, including your household partner.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any illegal activity or encourage others to do so.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked.
• Your User Content may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
• Any active subscription will not be refunded for the remaining billing period.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OneFlesh Home is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not provide marriage counseling, therapy, or professional relationship advice. The App is a household management tool and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Flow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
